2) In the address bar, type
chrome://flags/#max-tiles-for-interest-area, and press Enter.
3) Press the menu and select 512
4) Now press the Restart button at the bottom of the screen
 
The second trick is to just type chrome: // flags / # enable-new-ntp in the address bar.

So it is faster?
