Imagine you are holding a discussion with a stranger who does not understand your language and which do not understand his. Is it not the greatest social barrier between you two? This is exactly what Google wants to erase, which is preparing to offer translation services from oral to written real-time application Google Translate. The functionality is similar to that of Skype, which already made the first real-time translation tests since last December through a preview version of Windows Phone 8.1.
With this update, the application will automatically recognize if someone speaks a particular language, and automatically transform text written on your smartphone. It will therefore bring headphones and a microphone to enjoy the thing, on pain of having to use the phone as a walkie-talkie. Intelligent, application learns your words, your accent, your way of expressing yourself, to better recognize what you are trying to say.
